T&C for Taxi WordPress Plugin
- Acceptance of Terms. By using the Taxi WordPress Plugin (the “Plugin”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
- License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
- Modification. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of the Plugin after any such modifications or updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Intellectual Property. The Plugin and all content and materials related to the Plugin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Plugin or these Terms.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Plugin or your violation of these Terms.
- Termination. We may terminate your license to use the Plugin at any time, with or without cause, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies of the Plugin from your computer or device.
- Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the Plugin are governed by the laws of the state or country in which we are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Plugin and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
